St. Paul Christian School offers the Florida Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program (VPK). This is a voluntary state subsidized program for all children who turn four on or by September 1st. With a VPK certificate, your child can attend our program at a highly discounted price.

VPK PROGRAM
To participate, you child must be registered by the State of Florida. Parents must supply birth certificates and proof of residency to Child Care Services (107 Tupelo Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, FL; Phone: 850-833-9330) for all participating students. VPK students must attend class for 540 hours to be eligible.

You may read additional information and apply for the VPK program at School Readiness. After you complete this online application for VPK, you will be required to meet with a representative of the Early Learning Coalition that serves Okaloosa County. The Early Learning Coalition of Okaloosa County starts processing Florida VPK applications in January for the coming year. Please register as soon as possible.

CURRICULUM
The classroom environment at St. Paul Christian School is designed to be educational and stimulating using books, art, music, puzzles, and manipulative toys. The curriculum and methods are developed from current relevant educational principles.

Optional extended care is available from 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
